
George is a street photographer based in the UK who primarily focuses on black-and-white photography of people, places, and life. Originally from Athens, Greece, he enjoys exploring diverse perspectives on how people navigate everyday life. Capturing these moments through street photography and multidisciplinary projects serves as the main catalyst for his creativity.
His work has received an honourable mention at the Paris International Street Photo Awards, has been featured by Street Photography International and the Urban Photographers Club, exhibited at the Glasgow Gallery of Photography, and published in The Guardian. Previous exhibitions include showings at the Benaki Museum in Athens, the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design & Space, as well as smaller group exhibitions in Athens and Chania, Greece. His photographs have appeared in both print and digital formats, including album covers and posters.
In addition to photography, George has a background in engineering and is currently pursuing his PhD in wind energy at the University of Strathclyde.
